The following metadata elements are applicable to all resources except services.

Resource Format

NOTE: This element may be used to evaluate the impact of the transformation of the data from the Resource Format to the Resource Distribution Format. Although the Resource Distribution Format is in the Core metadata class, the Resource Format stands in the Data metadata class.
